This course is designed to give campaigners a solid foundation for digital organizing and communications, encompassing best practices for using email, social media and websites. It is a must for anyone in digital, organizing, communications and fundraising departments. In this course, we’ll review how to:

  • Write emails your list will want to open

  • Grow your email list and engagement

  • Optimize Facebook, Twitter and Instagram content for organic reach

  • Understand social media advertising

  • Demystify social media analytics

  • Develop a strategy for hashtags

  • Strengthen your landing pages

  • Bring all elements together in a comprehensive, cross-channel approach that amplifies each platform and saves you time

The course also includes three 60-minute 1:1 sessions with a mentor, to be scheduled by the student (instructions will follow registration).

Every other Thursday at 1pm ET:

Private coaching sessions will be scheduled between the students and mentor on the weeks between the webinars.

Eligibility: We work with a broad range of groups fighting to make the world a more equal, fair and just place. On rare occasion we may have a conflict of interest that might prevent us from working together. We do not train consultants or businesses.

Costs:

Price is $600-750 (sliding scale) for the first student, $150 each for the next two students from the same organization. Have more than 3 staff members interested? Contact us to discuss group enrollment.
