Finding Your Organization’s Authentic Voice (and Your Own)
Key skills for any communications/digital staffer
When you send emails, post to social media, or write for your organization, are you really capturing what is unique and powerful about your work? Between AI search and social media algorithms you need to establish your organization’s voice as one people seek out, are invested in and trust.
This goes beyond branding— this is about voice. And the institutional voice many organizations use doesn’t work anymore. In this interactive online course, you will develop your organization’s persona online and beyond. Our tools will teach you to be more creative and strategic in the images and language you choose.
Learn how to:
Understand the concept of authentic voice
Analyze how other organizations and thought leaders have cultivated their voices
Create a character sheet to inspire creativity and anchor your content, using exclusive narrative tools we developed from storytelling games
Test your voice on a range of platforms in a supportive environment that offers outside perspectives and live feedback.
